About Illusion
Illusion is Susquehanna University's first Visual Arts Magazine. Created by students for students, the two founders set out to create a place on campus where visual artists such as themselves could show their work and shine. Illusion is an online-based magazine, to allow for a wide range of possible submissions.
Meet the Team
Kaitlyn McMullen
Creative Director & Co-Founder
I am a senior Psychology major, and I love to learn how people comprehend and learn new information. With this, comes my passion for art and the talents of others and how that is incorporated into their mental processes. Illusion is a unique place to blend the two areas of my life.
Jane Seibert
Assistant Creative Director
I am a senior history major with minors in art history and museums studies, but I’ve always had a passion for photography. I have lived in several states from the East Coast to the Rocky Mountains, including time in Scotland. Through these adventures, I’ve always had my camera to capture the beautiful landscape and the people within. Illusion has been my way of expressing this love while also encouraging others to create.
McKenna Paris Schreck
Engagement Coordinator
I am a senior Studio Arts major with an Art History minor. Photography is one of my favorite art mediums and something I strive to incorporate into all aspects of my daily life. I love portraiture and fashion photography! My passion for art has always been with me and I love seeing and creating new ways to express the art of all to the Susquehanna population.

I am a sophomore marketing major with a devotion for finding creative outlets. Illusion is a great way to express these outlets and share your work with others. Photography is one of the many ways I express my creativity. Through this, I am grateful to be apart of something that allows others to share their visual arts passions.
